Overheard on the train this afternoon, two high school boys (I'd estimate aged about 17) from the local private school. I shall name them Michael and Yu Qi.

Yu Qi: So who are you dating?
Michael: You get two guesses.
Yu Qu: Can I have a clue?
Michael: Someone who sits in the courtyard and in your common room.
Yu Qi: That's everyone! Can I have another clue? Come on...
Michael: They have an "i" in their name. Two guesses, and I'm about to get off the train.
Yu Qi: Hmmm... Fiona?
Michael: No. I'm about to get off. *standing up*
Yu Qi: Justin!
Michael: No. *walks to door*
Yu Qi: Nick!
Michael: *smiling* You've used all your guesses.
Yu Qi: *gleeful* It's Nick, isn't it? I knew it!
Michael: I'm getting off. Love you.
Yu Qi: *smiling* I don't.
Michael: You don't love me? Aw!
Yu Qi: Hey, we have that Asia speech...
Michael: I know. Have you done it?
Yu Qi: Nup.
Michael: See you Monday!
Yu Qi: See you!

It just warmed my little black heart how casual the whole conversation was.
