It's raining again. *stares happily out window* I was sitting at the busstop this monring enjoying the rain. I was under shelter and comfortably warm, but the grass and the road infront of me were wet. It was lovely. One woman in my creative writing class came in covered in cat-fur. Her cat at home was freaking out because she's never seen rain before, cause the little rain we've had recently has only been during the night anyway. Poor cat.

But my story went better than I was expecting. Yay! I think it's well and truly established me a reputation as a bit weird, non-mainstream, but interesting. ^^;; At least the people in my writing group liked it... they said they could clearly imagine being in the story. That's one thing I love about writing: that I can take readers away into another world. When I was writing it, it came really easily, the words just flowed out of me, like it was a place that has always existed in my head, and all I had to do was pour it out. One person said that that was why it felt so real to her: because it's real to me.

I know at least Virginia picked up on the fact that part of it was based on experience, because she commented on the fact that I don't wear those thick silver chains around my neck anymore, but I did last year, and I wrote about that in my story. I think I'll wear them to class next week then! ^^

So that stress is out of the way... And next week I'm going to write them a story inspired by Janne Da Arc's "Carnation" (thank you, NM, for translating it!). And then I can use that class as an excuse to play music I like. ^_^
