My Mother is Home!

My mother is home now and doing well. She's still sore and taking painkillers regularly, but apart from moving slowly and sleeping a lot, she looks well.
I ran into David, an old friend, on the train to the hospital, which was odd considering we haven't seen each other in about three years. But it was nice. We had a conversation in German (that will never stop being weird) about books.
Got to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital at 10. Finally managed to leave at 1. -_-;; Three hours to do paperwork and pick up medication! And by the time we left, my mother's old bed had already been filled again.
This whole week has been so stressful for all of us. But it's all good. She's at home now and healing, which is the important thing.
