Life is good... and busy

Currently in my life there is:

- mother's surgery all set for tomorrow, Monday
- Christmas shopping to get done
- hot weather, sapping energy
- e-mails from old friends to squee over
- tumblr. just in general sapping time
- articles like this and this giving me hope
- Harry Potter anticipation
- catching up on old episodes of Glee
- Lip Service
- too many unwatched DVDs
- and a baby dolphin!

Clearly, the universe doesn't want me to finish my NaNo.
