Soccer, Christmas, and Dreams
Jul. 5th, 2010 09:23 pmPhrases you never hear in our house: "Don't you dare turn off the soccer!" Except this last weekend. I still can't believe Germany beat Argentina like that. What a game!
We celebrated Christmas-in-July yesterday. Which really only means we had food my mother only ever makes at Christmas, but my brother surprised us all with presents anyway. He bought me a new umbrella. A black, frilly umbrella. I'm impressed with how well my brother knows me.
And continuing the tradition of awesome dreams I've had: Last night I dreamt I was on the USS Enterprise, rescuing a princess from dinosaurs! My dreams rule!
