Interesting things...
Nov. 7th, 2003 04:49 pmFirst half of philosophy today was taken up by talking about truth as found through art with a focus on Andy Warhol. The second half was talking about truth found though drug induced shamanic trances.
So at the end of class Brendan was combining the two topics and was joking about taking mescalin and then staring at Warhol's art.
Heh. And Dave told me this morning (whilst busy feeding me chocolate. SUGAR!!!) that all the techniques he used to arouse other people's interest and get them engaged in conversation worked on every single person.
Except me.
lol. I feel special now. ^^
Instead, things that arouse my interest which he is only just beginning to discover: Anything out of the ordinary, cute and pretty things, dark and mysterious things... and sugar. *^.^*
Also, my mother bought an "egg timer" today. It's a wind-up timer WHICH LOOKS LIKE AN EGG!!! *dies*
